Am back from work, and mildly ashamed of myself. But more for not capitalizing my sentences than for posting while working. (I made a resolution to capitalize properly. I don't do it in emails or aim or anything like that...but I figured it would be annoying in a blog. And I would like to collect readers if I could. I love reading other people's blogs/livejournals...but only if they don't use netspeak too badly. eurgh.)
Anyway. My good friend got into Syracuse today. And she was so excited! When I got into the college of my dreams (more about that later...) I wasn't really surprised. It wasn't at all a reach (not because it's not a good school, just because it's not highly selective, and I have good stats), and I never once doubted the fact that I got in. When I got the envelope, I was just like "Oh. That's nice. I wasn't expecting this for another week." I feel like I've missed out on some vital part of the whole college experience. Hm...
No more news/random thoughts. Am going out to dinner with Carly (Accepted into College Girl) and others...so might post later. Oh, and I promise, I'll do sufficient hyping for My School of Choice later. For now, Happy Friday!!
