Am finally feeling better. Actually, felt much better on Friday, cause actually slept Thursday night. (was so exhausted that I fell asleep within the first half hour of lying down. mmm)
So, had a good weekend. Didn't do any of homework, and will regret it tomorrow, but that's okay. Vacation soon!
Will have more to post eventually...but somehow, the better times are harder to write about. OH!
I started rereading all these old Edward Eager books...Magic or Not?, the Well-wishers, Sevenday magic...etc. he wrote Half Magic, but I don't own it, so will have to wait until the library opens to get it. While I'm at it, I think I may reread those great E. Nesbit ones. Mmm, old fantasy for children. It's funny how morally and such these books are, and yet they manage to be excellent. All the magic that happens can easily be explained by adult conspiracy and the "magic of helping others", but the kids know that too...and somehow it doesnt matter. *shrug*
So, Mike likes Maroon 5...has anyone else tried them? You should.
Also, I heard a commercial for Kohl's, and the song that was playing was by Apples in Stereo! I was very disappointed in their integrity, but as Lisa says, they have to eat. I wouldn't want them to have to live in cardboard boxes, would I.
