Poem! Not the one I really wanted to put up, but that had too much formatting, therefore, too much work. ; )

So, for your viewing pleasure, a poem written about the boy sitting in front of me. (I'm not in love with him, but I think I may have transferred some of *he who must not be named* onto this other, less wibbly boy. Anyway)

Poem!

The Alphabet

There is a small crease
(in the shape of a v)
when he tilts his head back
just right. He stretches
his arms out, folds
his hands together
(he makes an o with his shoulders)

Bending back over his
homework, he rests his
elbows on the desk
(his stomach forms a c)
Restless, he leans back
against his seat. He
drops his right arm down
(dangling, his fingers curve into d's)

I rest my head on my left
hand (my body is a backwards q)
and watch him.
I study his face, and notice that
the freckles on his cheek,
connected with imaginary pen
lines, are in the shape
of a m. He smiles at me,
and if I moved my hand to
rest against the side of his
face, we would make an a.

So, let me know what you think. Not that I'm fishing for compliments, nooooooo.
Seriously, I have good poetry, I'm trying to decide if this is among those.

LOVE EVERYBODY!
